I just received my BANTAM Percussion Massager. Can I use any charging adapter with the Ekrin-provided cable? 

Yes, any standard USB-C adapter will work to charge your Bantam.

Are the Bantam and 365 compatible with 220V electrical sockets?

Yes. Both the BANTAM and the Ekrin365 models can be charged with any 220V AC adapter. Additionally, the provided cable can be attached to your computer or laptop and charge your Massager that way.

Will my massage gun come with an EU adapter?

Unfortunately, our products do not come with an EU adapter. 

The B37S and B37 models come with an AC charger that accepts 100-240v, but has a US-style NEMA 1-15 plug. If you have a plug adapter that will fit into your local CEE-style EU sockets, the included AC charger will accept your 230V power and will work perfectly. 

Alternatively, if you already have an AC charger that outputs 26V DC on a 5.5mm outer diameter, 2.1mm inner diameter, and center-positive barrel plug, you can also use that to charge your B37S and B37.

What does a flashing blue LED mean on my Bantam massage gun?

For older Bantam models, the battery indicator lights are blue, purple, and red. A flashing blue light indicates that the battery is mostly charged. Once the battery is fully charged, the light will turn solid blue.
