The Ekrin B37S is engineered for performance and reliability—but if something’s not working quite right, this guide will walk you through the most common issues and how to fix them.


🔋 Problem: The B37S Won’t Turn On

Possible Causes:

  • Battery is fully drained

  • Power button not held long enough

  • Internal timeout/sleep mode

Try This:

  • Plug in the charger and let it charge for at least 30 minutes

  • Press and hold the power button for 2–3 seconds

  • Try a different outlet or confirm your charger is working properly

💡 If the LED ring flashes red when you press the button, the battery is too low to power on—charge it fully first.


🔌 Problem: The Device Won’t Charge

Possible Causes:

  • Damaged or incompatible charging adapter

  • Loose or unplugged connection

  • Dust in the charging port

Try This:

  • Make sure the charging adapter is plugged in securely to both the wall and device

  • Check for dust or debris in the charging port and clean gently

  • Try a different outlet

💡 When charging, the LED ring will pulse. A solid light indicates a full charge.
